Oren Ezer
Along with holding vast experience in leading several startups, Oren has managed large-scale multidisciplinary projects for major international companies. Oren held a senior position as a chief electronic engineer and head of the R&D department at Elop (a division of Elbit Systems) while managing dozens of projects such as missile tracking systems, thermal imaging systems, and laser systems.
Oren holds an M.Sc Magna Cum Lauda in Electrical Engineering, specializing in signal and video processing.
Shlomit Harth
Shlomit Harth is a member of Electreon's Board of Directors, bringing over two decades of executive management experience in international companies. Throughout her career, she has assumed various leadership roles in the high-tech industry and has provided strategic guidance to both Israeli and international companies on diverse business and technological matters.
Formerly a Vice President at Gartner and Israel GM, Shlomit held a division manager position at Hewlett-Packard and served in a management role at Apple. She serves as a Venture Partner at TPY Capital and an External Board member of Meitav and chairs the Digital and Governance committee. She holds advisory positions in early-stage and mature companies, including Walkme, a publicly traded NASDAQ company.
Shlomit is a computer science graduate and a dedicated advocate for diversity. She champions this cause actively, heading a chapter of Upward Women, an initiative focused on promoting the advancement of executive women. Shlomit Harth's multifaceted expertise and commitment make her an invaluable asset to the leadership team at Electreon.
Moshe Kaplinsky
Moshe Kaplinsky has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 2022. He brings a wealth of experience as a director of several companies, including Augwind (since 2020) where he serves as a director, Bazan group (since 2021) where he is chairman of the board, and Kaplina K.P.L Ltd. (since 2021) where he serves as a director and owner. Mr. Kaplinsky holds a B.A in Economics and Business Management from Bar Ilan University as well as an EMBA from Tel Aviv University.
Ronit Noam
Ronit Noam has served as a member of our Board of Directors since August 2018. Since September 2019, Ms. Noam has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Schindler Nechushtan Elevators Ltd. Prior to starting her position as CFO, Ms. Noam provided, from January 2012, financial and business consultancy services to international publicly traded companies. Prior to that, Ms. Noam served as a partner at PwC Israel until June 2011. Ms. Noam has served as a director of various public companies, including Meitav Dash Investments Ltd. and MRP Investments Ltd., among others. Ms. Noam holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joseph Tenne
Joseph (Yossi) Tenne has served as a member of our Board of directors since March 2021. Since May 2019, Mr. Tenne has served as a financial consultant to Itamar Medical Ltd., an Israeli company which was listed until December 2021 on Nasdaq and on the TASE. Mr. Tenne serves as a director of AudioCodes Ltd., an Israeli company listed on Nasdaq and the TASE, MIND CTI Ltd., an Israeli company listed on Nasdaq, OPC Energy Ltd., an Israeli company listed on the TASE, Sapir Corp Ltd., an Israeli company listed on the TASE, and Highcon Systems Ltd., an Israeli company listed on the TASE. From August 2014 to April 2019, Mr. Tenne served as the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Itamar Medical Ltd. From March 2005 until April 2013, Mr. Tenne served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ormat Technologies, Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and on the TASE. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Tenne was the Chief Financial Officer of Treofan Germany GmbH & Co. KG, a German company, which is engaged in the development, production and marketing of oriented polypropylene films. From 1997 until 2003, Mr. Tenne was a partner in Kesselman & Kesselman, Certified Public Accountants in Israel (PwC Israel) and a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. Mr. Tenne holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Tenne is also a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
